• New role due to growth
• Will lead all aspects of the global, strategic direction of the company's HRIS (Workday)
• Deliver Workday technology solutions that help the business to continue to grow
• Work closely with company business leaders
• Reports to the VP of HR
• Will lead a global team of 7+ employees plus several contractorsREQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of HRIS and/or HR Technology experience
• 5+ years of experience leading global and/or remote teams
• Expertise in all areas of information systems with a strong background in Workday
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management experience
