Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a high-performance culture and foster team

Ensure successful execution of project priorities while balancing
speed and quality
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to integrate new talent
effectively
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as an individual contributor and 2+ years in
engineering management
Proven success managing remote teams in an agile environment
Strong technical background to support the team through complex
challenges
Experience at a growth-stage startup is a plus
BS or higher in Computer Science is preferred
