Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technology Support
Technician to provide level 1 technical support for technology
products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support for hardware and software
issues
Document problem details, service request status, and resolutions
in the incident management system
Perform break/fix repairs on various devices and support
third-party vendor services as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of relevant technology-related coursework or
programs
Experience in customer service
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
(preferred)
1 year of experience in IT support and software installation
(preferred)
