This includes safety, quality, production and cost in various departments within the plant. Developmental opportunity to prepare an individual to step into the role of Plant Director.Essential Functions
  • Responsible to lead a safe plant culture.
  • Responsible for product quality control for the plant.
  • Responsible for plant production goals.
  • Responsible to manage specific cost controls for plant.
  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
  • Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality and shipping.
  • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
  • Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant.
  • Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attend corporate trainings and meetings.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Communicate daily operations to plant director.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization (executives, managers, employees and customers).

      • Minimum Qualifications:
        • 6 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
        • 6 Years - Experience in a Similar Position
        • 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
        • Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi task
        • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, or customers
        • Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment
        • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
        • Interviewing, hiring, and training

          • Preferred Qualifications:
            • 10+ Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

                • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field
