Date Posted: 2024-06-25 Position Role Type: Onsite Raytheon is looking for a qualified Radio Frequency (RF) / Electrical (EE)-focused Systems Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves developing and maintaining system and subsystem level requirements specifications, as well as providing expertise in RF and EE integration, troubleshooting, and failure investigations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RF and EE-related system and subsystem level requirements specifications
• Provide technical expertise in RF / EE integration, troubleshooting and failure investigations
• Lead technical discussions and formulate plans of action Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of experience in RF / EE-related technical domains
  • Experience capturing system requirements and maintaining system requirements
  • Active U.S. government issued security clearance required Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience using Agile framework development methods/processes
    • Experience with Matlab, C, C#, C++, Python
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
