JMC Aviation are working with a global leader in the aviation industry, and are looking to engage with experienced Structures Technicians on a temp to perm basis.This position is based in Dallas, TX and offers an excellent salary rate, OT, signing bonus and some great benefits. Duties within this role are as follows:- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft- Remove / install aircraft components as required- Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts- Perform minor structural repairs on composite components either attached or detached- Assist in conducting hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures- Assist with complex structural repairs either on or off aircraft- Assist with aircraft component repairIdeal candidates would have the following -- Typically, 0-2 years structural sheet metal repair / modification experience or substantiated similar experience- Sheet metal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings- A Certification, or A & P Certificate or Repairman Certificate - (Commercial Only)- Own Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools- Must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as requiredJMC Aviation are rapidly growing across North America with multiple roles coming up across Canada and the USA.
