As a Heavy Equipment Operator with the State of Texas, you will play a critical role in maintaining county roadways and right of ways. Your responsibilities will include removing hazards and improving safety, repairing potholes and sinkholes, and keeping roadways and right of ways free of litter and debris.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain county roadways and right of ways by removing hazards and improving safety
* Repair potholes, sinkholes, street curbs, and clean culverts and inlets in neighborhoods
* Be responsible for mowing, weed eating, trimming branches, and keeping roadways and right of ways free of litter and heavy trash and debris
